Med sitt andre album prøver Cornucopia å utvide landskapet for hva metal kan tilby. Mens de ønsker å forbli tro mot kjernen av sjangeren, ønsker de å sette sitt eget preg på tradisjonen, den ambisjonen er realisert med «Cosmic Consciousness». Med sanger som strekker seg opp til 7 minutter, går de inn i lange akustiske partier som minner om en progressiv lyd. Tillegget av synth på to sanger, samt et kor på den siste, bidrar til den tilsynelatende tesen i platen; det er en sammenhengende følelse av eksistensiell frykt, men med et snev av håp som bærer gjennom sporene og deres respektive tekster. Cornucopia er her for å legge til et nytt lydbilde i metalverdenen og håper å resonere følelsesmessig med lytterne på en måte de ikke har prøvd før.

With their sophomore release, Cornucopia tries to widen the landscape of what metal can offer. While trying to remain faithful to the core of the genre they wish to put their own stamp in the tradition, that ambition is realised with “Cosmic Consciousness\". With songs that span up to 7 minutes they go into long acoustic parts that harken back to a progressive sound. The addition of synth on two songs as well as a choir on the last adds to the seeming thesis of the record, there’s a cohesive feeling of existential dread but with a tinge of hope that carries through the tracks and their respective lyrics. Cornucopia is here to add a new soundscape to the metal world and hope to resonate emotionally with their listeners in a way they haven’t tried before.
