Viking gods Thor (Roland Moller) and Loki (Dulfi Al-Jabouri) seek shelter in Midgard and come upon the house where peasant children Roskva (Cecilia Loffredo) and Tjalfe (Saxo Moltke-Leth) live. However, when Tjalfe disobeys an order from Thor he is enslaved to the god and made to travel back to Valhalla with him. As they embark on their journey they discover that Tjafle's sister Roskva (Cecilia Loffredo) has also travelled with them. Once in Valhalla the children learn that the much-feared wolf Fenrir has escaped and an epic struggle is underway to save Valhalla from destruction.
