Another working of the Hans Christian Anderson classic. The kind widow Hobbs is given a special present on her birthday, a tiny child who she names Thumbelina. However, widow Hobbs' other charge is Percival the Pig who, out of jealousy, arranges for Thumbelina to be kidnapped. Thumbelina then spends the next year trying to return to the widow and befriends many different creatures along the way.
