However, rather than get him into deeper trouble, this killing earns him a transfer to SCAR, an elite police unit who are allowed to use all means necessary to keep ultra-violent criminals off the streets. John soon becomes unhappy with the tactics of his new colleagues, but when he complains they make it clear there is no room for negotiation, and he soon finds himself on the run from both his own people and the mob.
