Near-sighted millionaire Quincy Magoo has just hosted a benefit at a local museum housing a precious ruby when the gem is stolen by a pair of thieves, Leseur (Kelly Lynch) and Morgan (Nick Chinlund). The villains fall out while escaping on a ferry, however, and the ruby falls into the unwitting Magoo's boat. Leseur now sets out to seduce Magoo in an attempt to retrieve the gem.
