The show picks up the story of 14-year-old Jonah Takalua (Lilley), a character previously featured in Lilley's show 'Summer Heights High', as his parents and teachers try to channel his boundless energy towards productive rather than rebellious ends. Having been expelled from Summer Heights High and sent to Tonga to live with his uncle, the show opens with Jonah in the process of returning to Australia to live with his father. Unfortunately, his penchant for troublemaking continues and he soon forms his own gang. Can anyone find a way to control him?
