Ten years ago in the small town of Braxton, a teenager by the name of Tommy Miller (Oisín Cash) suffered constant bullying until finally he snapped. At the annual Braxton town hall party Tommy slaughtered his friends and family and fled into the woods, disappearing for a decade. But now a group of teens are attacked by a shadowy, masked figure and Detective Ryan Fenton (Blaney), himself a survivor of Tommy's massacre, is tasked with investigating the attacker. Has the legend of Tommy Miller finally returned to haunt Braxton?
