NHL® Collision Physics
Developed with technology from the FIFA series critically acclaimed Player Impact Engine, NHL® Collision Physics can introduce tougher and more exciting tackles that better mimic reality. The new control scheme for the left lever also makes it easier to deploy the match-winning tackles.

Enforcer Engine
NHL 14 has borrowed technology from EA SPORTS acclaimed boxing game Fight Night and can now deliver fights in 3rd person view with true size and strength differentiation between players.

True Performance Skating
True Performance Skating builds on the groundbreaking innovation that introduced physics-based skating and more than 1,000 new skating animations. The second edition of True Performance Skating delivers improved acceleration, more explosive first cuts, faster turns and improved overtaking, resulting in more reactive players with unmatched control options.

OneTouch dribbles
Experience what it feels like to be a superstar with the new dribbling system that you can easily control via the left lever plus a button. Everything from beginners to advanced players can experience faster dribbles and intuitive combinations, which creates more moves than ever before.
