Large beautiful hexagonal hand decorated porcelain urn

This is a hexagonal porcelain urn with deep blue decoration on a white background. The urn is then glazed and has a glossy and fine luster. This makes it easy to keep clean and rub it with a slightly moistened cotton cloth and it looks like new again.

The motif on the urn depicts a parrot in a branch that is vigilantly observing its surroundings or looking for its beloved. Did you know that most parrot species live in pairs throughout their lives and are very unhappy when they can't find their partner!

You don't see this urn every day, we have been doing Chinese porcelain for decades but rarely has an urn with such an unusual shape like this come on the market. The urn is one in a series of three in different sizes. This is the largest urn and measures a full 41 centimeters in height. The smallest size measures 26 centimeters (item number 136464) and the medium is 33 centimeters high (item number 136474)
