Japanese anime feature, including the OVA, set in the distant future when humans live in rival colonies in outer space. Following a bitter civil war peace now prevails between the rival colonies. As a result, the Gundam pilots send their suits to be destroyed. However, when peace advocate Relena Darlian (voice of Akiko Yajima) is abducted hostilities increase and the pilots realise that in order to restore peace they must fight one final battle.
