In 'Wrath of the Dragon' (1995) a malevolent sorcerer named Hoi (voice of Juji Matsuda) unleashes the terrifying beast known as Hirudegarn (Shin Aomori) on Earth which can consume flesh and soul, and becomes ever stronger in its reign of terror.
