Laura (Grainger) and Tyler (Shawkat) share a flat and have spent much of their twenties partying together, but as those around them begin to settle down the pair obstinately refuse to change their ways and continue to live their hedonistic lifestyle. However, when Laura meets concert pianist Jim (Fra Fee) and their whirlwind romance results in an engagement she sees a lot less of Tyler.
