I love the fold of the phone and the things you can do with the photos. The battery life doesn't last long compared with other phones I've had (fully frains every day) - but that hasn't inconvenienced me. After 6 months the screen started to bubble and worsened over the following months - trying to get Samsung to sort this was not straight forward and because there was a chip from putting a phone case on - so they said replacing the screen would be charged. (This doesn't make sense as the screen cannot break or look like this from being dropped). The bubbled screen makes it difficult to do anything on the phone and completely ruined anything I liked about it. No idea on cost to fix it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE. I got this phone when it first came out and I have regretted it since a month in. If not sooner. It drops calls even when you don't move around and it's not my carriers issue because I never had this kind of problem with my previous phone. Pictures are not any betterthan my previous phone. And every month, if not every 3 weeks, I have to restart my phone so it will work. This phone is frustrating and if I could go back to my old phone I would in a heart beat. I have always had Samsung so I stupidly thought this would be equally as good as my other phones. I WAS WRONG. I would really second think purchasing a phone that has just come again, because all the bugs aren't worked out yet. Or this is just a lousy phone.

When the device works it is good, unfortunately it is far too fragile. I dropped the phone once and the gears in the hinge damaged and ended up damgin the main screen on thr phone.
What i thought was a good option in buying insurance was a equally as stresssful. They returned my phone and claimed that it passed their quality control. But i noticed within the first day that the phone would not realise that it was open and the main screen would remain blank, and the cover screen would still be working. The fault was intemittent but now, happens so often that the phone is no longer reliable. The samsung customer service team through no fault of their own have to follow the script that they are told when it comes to repairs. But in this particular case it is pretty obvious that the phone was not returned in the correct working order.
The insurance process is stressful as well as they will leave you without a phone for up to 11 days, which is not acceptable. I would recommend that people do not purchase this phone. I have been a samsung user for about 10 years, this was my first time gettig the phone directly from them as opposed to my network provider and it has been my biggest phone related regret. I own a lot of samsung devices, but considering the known fragilties of this paticular device, i would not reccommend it all. I can deal with a phone having issues it is stressful, but what is completely unacceptable is Samsung's lack of suitable solutions when you have an issue. You should never have to buy a phone thinking that you'll have to get a replacement phone becasue the insurance and repair process is so in adequate, especially for the price of this device.

Very good stylist and easy to put in a pocket. Just 1 thing it will be easier if can find a phone case in more colour and more style.
