Manage your staff, respond to emergencies and investigate crimes in a city on the brink of chaos. The underworld mafia maneuvers behind the scenes and sinks its claws ever deeper into the city, even as the mayor is ready to exploit every situation to his political advantage.

Choose your strategy for each situation that arises. Sometimes you have to deal with a crisis at a crime scene or negotiate with Freeburgs crime bosses. Sometimes you have to duck questions in the press room, or even an occasional cross-examination in the witness stand. Can you keep this pressure cooker from exploding, at least long enough to save for a nice retirement?

Your mission is clear: earn $500,000 in 180 days, before Jack Boyd retires. How will that happen? It is up to you!
