Violent and gritty Brazilian drama charting the rise to power of a notorious gangland boss. At the age of 21, Hiroito (Daniel de Oliveira), a young man from a prosperous family, is accused of the murder of his father. With no evidence against him, he soon finds himself drawn to the red light district of 1950s Sao Paulo known as Boca do Lixo, where he quickly rises through the criminal underworld by dealing in drugs and running prostitution rings.
