Evan (Michael Cera) is sweet, smart, and generally terrified. Seth (Jonah Hill) is foul-mouthed, volatile, and all-consumed with the topic of human sexuality. All the two really have is each other. Before leaving for the college, the pair make a pact to lose their virginity. The film portrays their misguided attempts to reverse a lifelong losing streak with the opposite sex in one panic-driven night.
