These 8mm plastic rivets are used on some of the more modern Hyundai models such as the Santa Fe (2013 on). This type of clip is normally used to attach bumpers, wheel arch linings and other plastic trim panels. The clip fits into an 8mm hole and expands when the centre pin is pushed in.
