Developed exclusively for PlayStation®2 by SCEE London Studio, this game introduces almost too much fun to handle. All gameplay utilises the hugely successful and award winning EyeToy USB Camera (for PlayStation 2).

With 101 mini-games to choose from, yes that’s right … 101, you will be spoilt for choice as you battle it out to become the best at each of them. Fancy yourself as a bit of a rugby star? Perhaps cheerleading is more your style? Ever wanted to try elephant racing, hang gliding, skiing, squash, weigh lifting, darts, cricket, fishing … even rubber duck polo? With EyeToy: Play Sports there really is something for everyone.

EyeToy: Play Sports also accommodates a whole range of multiplayer options, allowing you to play many of the 101 games in multiple ways:
* Take on a single opponent and play Fight Night or Air Hockey 1v1
* Having a few friends over, try out Curling or Boulder Ball with 3 or 4 players
* Want team competition, try the Ice Chase or Free Kick 2v1
* Want to even up the play, how about Elephant Chase or Leap-Frog 2v2
* And if you have a full house, up to 8 players can compete in the Parachute Plunge game mode where you have to win mini-games to stay in the air
* Fear not, if you are home alone you can perfect your skills with a host of single player games such as Archery or Baseball Batter

There are also several different game modes, a few of them are explained below:
Par for the Course: (single player game)
It’s golf with a twist! Take part in different mini-games to hit the ball towards the hole. If you do well in a mini-game you’ll hit the ball well. If complete a mini-game badly, it’s likely the ball will end up in the rough… or worse! Can you complete all the courses within the shot limit?

Football Fever (2 to 4 players)
Win mini-games to advance up the pitch and try to score a goal. Can you take your team to victory? A team based game, players are given the opportunity to choose which team they want to be on.

Scoreboard (2 to 4 players)
It’s all against all to see who can win the most mini-games and top the Scoreboard!

Some of the games are played at a frantic pace and if you want to jump in and out during a game, Tag in Tag out mode allows you to take a breather and jump back in, ready to compete!
