I have used this powder for years and was able to transfer to my lovely powder compact case. Now can’t get it out of the plastic container as pin hole now gone and the case has been glued in. It’s also been reduced in size and contains a stupid plastic puff which again is useless. Will not be buying again.

Having used this compact powder for many years, as did my mother before me I am now wondering if you have changed the format for the product . The last 2 refills purchased from Boots have both broken up as soon as I start to use them. Photo attached. I've never had this happen before unless I have accidentally dropped my compact. Which has not happened with these refills. I'm in my seventies so shows how long I've been using the product! Would love your comments on this. Thank you

Cannot get powder out to be able to transfer to my compact. WHERE IS THE HOLE SO I CAN PUSH IT OUT.

The powder is great but unfortunately there is significantly less of it in the compact than previously. And what exactly is that plastic “thing” supposed to do? It is completely useless as a powder puff. Maybe it is just there to fill the space where the powder used to be! I have been using this powder for more years than I can remember. Maybe it is time for a change.
