Moved into a new Robertson home with the microwave already installed.. it broke down after being in for 3 months.. then again after 29 month.. its ment to be a £600-£700 piece of equipment.. to then call Siemans and be told we have to pay £180 to have it fixed is disgusting.. i have had many microwaves over the years and feel trapped as this is a preinstalled and fitted microwave.. find it all disgusting
