Packaging is ok. Product looks OK. Keypad simple to operate. I checked for pin code protection before buying but was disappointed that key is 4-digits only. This gives a total of 24 combinations and takes me less than 30 minutes to crack. Manual is google translated at best or by people not speaking local language properly or understanding what they tranlate. They use words that do not even exist in Danish. App is not user-friendly with extremely short BT range. Cannot be operated from 5 meters. Firmware update is a joke. You have to manually ask the app for software update, then enter an email adress. The email only contains information that you need to consult the app. The app shows a video that you need to visit the website. Article number and IDENT number on web, are called art. and I.nr. on the machine, not even using same syntax. And article number is shown as 3413941 on web and 34.139.41 on machine. As customer you are never quite sure whether you read it correctly. Update requires a maximum 8 GB USB key. NOBODY use 8 GB anymore and I spend 2 hours tracking down this old fashioned item in many shops and finally got it from a friend. WHY do Einhell not include this stupid item ? Having Update did not work. LED's remain all on, no reaction from LOCK button. Why the manual interfence. Let robot update automatically if USB key is inserted when powered - or better, from the app. All in all - product is probably working fine - only had it for 2 days now, but the long journey in getting it to work, and the HORRIBLE google-translated manual with sections to read randomly scattered, not in a logical order, caused me to be sick and tired of this purchase even before I got it properply installed. Looks to me like Einhell do not have any clue as to what customers want today and how complicated their manuals/updates are working. How did this product and manual ever pass a quality test ? Einhell, you need serious help from people outside the organisation to make the procedure and the app user friendly. Furthermore you should focus on making an updated manual available when registring the product.
